Our Return Policy

Please select your Tambo Teddy carefully, as returns due to ‘change of mind’, unsuitability discovery, unwanted gifts, buyers’ remorse are not available.

Tambo Teddies will accept product returns and provide you with an exchange voucher or repair where:
• The product is faulty or is not of acceptable quality, and you can present your Tambo Teddies receipt or other adequate proof of purchase within 7 days of receiving your product.
• The product does not match the sample or our description; and you can present your Tambo Teddies receipt or other adequate proof of purchase within 7 days of receiving your product.

* Please note colours do vary as sheepskin is a natural product and the bears are stuffed firmly to hold their shape. Sheepskin is a natural product and we do endeavour to source the softest skins – however softness can be subjective and we will not consider returns based on the feel of the product.

Although Tambo Teddies are a quality handmade product, they do not come with a lifetime guarantee. For damage that is incurred after the 7 day returns period, repair maybe available however the cost of repairs and postage are the responsibility of the owner.

Please enquire regarding repair costs. However, if a bear is deemed unrepairable, we do offer a 20% discount towards the cost of a replacement product. 

We encourage you to obtain a tracking number and insurance when returning an item(s). We require that you contact us via email before returning an item to let us know (please do not phone – our instore staff cannot assist you with returns). 

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will either send you the correct item or issue you a refund voucher.

Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped Monday through to Friday from Tambo and Toowoomba.

Within Australia:

All orders are shipped via Australia Post. Orders are
shipped within 1-2 business days after being placed.

Each order will receive a tracking number via email
from Australia Post on the day your package is sent.

Shipping & handling is $12.00 – $20.00 Australia wide.

International Shipping:

International orders are $49.50 and postage is calculated on weight and Australia Post charges. For smaller items such as our bickie bears a refund of
the international postage fee will be made where applicable. Shipping to New Zealand is $27.50.

The shipping rate does not include any customs charges, import quotas, fees, taxes, VAT charges, permits or other local charges. These charges must be paid for by the recipient of the parcel. Customs policies can vary widely from country to country, so we suggest that you check local laws & requirements before placing your order. Tambo Teddies will not be liable for any custom or import duties. All orders will be marked as gifts however any additional fees charged are beyond our control.
