By joining the Tambo Teddies Bear Hug Club, you agree to the following:

  1. Eligibility
    Membership is open to individuals aged 18 years and over. By joining, you consent to receive email communications from Tambo Teddies regarding club benefits, updates, and promotions.
  2. Membership Term
    Membership is valid for 12 months from the date of joining. Prior to expiry, you will receive an email invitation to resubscribe and continue enjoying Bear Hug Club benefits.
  3. Prize Draws
    Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
  4. Discount Code Use
    Your exclusive discount code is valid for 12 months and cannot be combined with other promotional codes unless otherwise specified.
  5. Changes to the Program
    Tambo Teddies reserves the right to modify, pause, or terminate the Bear Hug Club or any associated benefits at any time. Members will be notified of any material changes.
  6. Privacy
    Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, and will never be shared with third parties without your consent.
