Returns Policy

Please select your Tambo Teddy carefully, as returns due to ‘change of mind’, unsuitability discovery, unwanted gifts, buyers’ remorse are not available.

• Tambo Teddies will accept product returns and provide you with an exchange voucher or repair where:
• The product is faulty or is not of acceptable quality, and you can present your Tambo Teddies receipt or other adequate proof of purchase within 7 days of receiving your product.
• The product does not match the sample or our description; and you can present your Tambo Teddies receipt or other adequate proof of purchase within 7 days of receiving your product.

Please note colours do vary as sheepskin is a natural product and the bears are stuffed firmly to hold their shape. Sheepskin is a natural product, and we do endeavour to source the softest skins – however softness can be subjective, and we will not consider returns based on the feel of the product.

Although Tambo Teddies are a quality handmade product, they do not come with a lifetime guarantee. For damage that is incurred after the 7 day returns period, repair maybe available however the cost of repairs and postage are the responsibility of the owner.

Please enquire regarding repair costs. However, if a bear is deemed unrepairable, we do offer a 20% discount towards the cost of a replacement product. 

We encourage you to obtain a tracking number and insurance when returning an item(s). We require that you contact us via email before returning an item to let us know.

Please do not phone – our instore staff cannot assist you with returns. 

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will either send you the correct item or issue you a refund voucher.
