Please select your Tambo Teddy carefully, as returns due to ‘change of mind’ are not available.
Tambo Teddies will accept product returns and provide you with an exchange voucher or repair where:
- The product is faulty or is not of acceptable quality, and you can present your Tambo Teddies receipt or other adequate proof of purchase within 7 days of receiving your product.
- The product does not match the sample or our description; and you can present your Tambo Teddies receipt or other adequate proof of purchase within 7 days of receiving your product.
Although Tambo Teddies are a quality handmade product, they do not come with a lifetime guarantee. For damage that is incurred after the 7 day returns period, repair maybe available however the cost of repairs to Tambo Teddies are the responsibility of the owner.
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will either send you the correct item or issue you a refund. We encourage you to obtain a tracking number and insurance when returning an item (s). We are pleased to offer a lay-by option which requires a 25% deposit and then three further payments of 25% every 2 weeks until the purchase is complete. The initial 25% deposit is non-refundable.
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. All orders are shipped via Australia Post. Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. Each order will receive a tracking number on the day your package is sent. Shipping & handling is $6 Australia wide. International orders are calculated on weight and Australia Post standards.
