Every week we receive the most beautiful messages from happy customers. Telling us how our Tambo Teddies and other products have delighted both the giver and the recipient. We regularly receive cards in the mail, emails and messages on Facebook.

Receiving such positive and individual responses from our customers is very heart warming for us. It is so wonderful when our customers take the time to tell us how much they appreciate our beautiful bears.
We receive many images of gorgeous little babies and kids with their Tambo Teddies. We love being able to share these images and videos on our Facebook page.

When our bears leave our workshops and travel to their new owner, they become a part of a new family. And quite often they become a family tradition. Grandparents give them to their grandchildren and even their great- grandchildren.

Sending us feedback is easy, you can email us, phone us, or pop a letter in the mail. Of course, the easiest way is to pop it in a Facebook message. Or you can leave a recommendation or review on Facebook , Google or TripAdvisor.

My grandmother bought a teddy for my daughter when she was born two years ago, and also recently bought one for my 6 week old son. Toolburra Tess and Rosenthal Archie.

Thank you for Stirling Downs Sam. Although he will eventually live with a grand nephew, he me gives the best hugs in the meantime.
